Product Description:

This metal instrument housing is precision crafted from high-quality 304 stainless steel, with three core advantages. Firstly, it has excellent strength, with a tensile strength of up to 520MPa, which can withstand severe vibrations and impacts, effectively protecting internal precision instruments, and its impact resistance is 40% higher than that of ordinary aluminum alloy housings. Secondly, it has outstanding corrosion resistance. After passivation treatment and multi-layer electroplating process, it passes 96-hour salt spray test without rust, and can be used stably for a long time in harsh environments with humidity, dust and corrosive gases, with a service life of more than 10 years. Thirdly, precision processing ensures excellent sealing performance. The joint of the housing adopts laser welding technology, and the gap is controlled within 0.02mm. The protection level reaches IP67, which can effectively prevent dust and water, ensuring the normal operation of the instrument in complex environments. In addition, the surface of the housing is finely polished to present a delicate metallic luster, which not only improves the product texture but also facilitates cleaning and maintenance.​​
