Prototype orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Production orders usually take 4-7 days depending on quantity and complexity. Expedited options are available for urgent requirements.
We accept STEP, IGES, STL, DXF, DWG, and PDF files. For best results, we recommend providing 3D CAD models in STEP or IGES format along with 2D drawings in PDF format with detailed tolerances and specifications.
We work with a wide range of materials including aluminum alloys (6061, 7075), steel (1018, 1045, 4140), stainless steel (304, 316), titanium alloys, brass, copper, and various engineering plastics (PEEK, PTFE, Delrin, Nylon).
