Master Pattern Creation
We start with your 3D CAD file to create a precise master pattern using CNC machining or 3D printing. The master pattern determines the final part quality.
Silicone Mold Manufacturing
The master pattern is used to create a silicone mold through a careful casting process. Each mold can produce 15-25 parts depending on complexity.
Vacuum Casting
Liquid polyurethane material is mixed and poured into the silicone mold under vacuum conditions to eliminate air bubbles and ensure complete filling.
Curing and Demolding
Parts are cured at controlled temperature and time, then carefully removed from the silicone mold. Multiple parts can be cast simultaneously.
Quality Inspection
