Safety and relief systems are the last line of defence in any energy facility, and their machined components — ESD valve internals, PSV seats and guides, rupture-disc holders — are held to tolerances and documentation standards that go beyond standard production. We machine them from 100 pieces with full material traceability, quoted in 48 hours. One technical contact handles quoting, production and delivery questions from the first drawing through running supply.

Safety and relief valves are the last mechanical barrier between a process upset and a facility incident. Their seats, guides and discs are machined to tolerances that go beyond standard production because a seat that leaks by 0.05 mm is a hazard, not a spare. The buyer's first question is about material certification and dimensional consistency, and the second is about repeat consistency. The supplier who solves both at once — a certified alloy with a real dimensional report, at a lead time the safety review can wait for — becomes the standard for every future safety system program, which is exactly the position we build for.
We machine safety and relief valve components in 316L, Monel 400 and nickel alloys, with seating surfaces lapped to Ra 0.4 or better and guides ground to ±0.005 mm. Every batch carries EN 10204 3.1 certificates with heat-number traceability, dimensional reports list actual measured values on every critical feature, and the document set repeats identically on every call-off so your safety file stays audit-ready without a new engineering cycle. Repeat orders reuse the stored specification without renegotiation, and the document pack repeats identically on every call-off so your files stay complete across programs and years.
| Component (IT / EN) | Typical material | Process | Typical batch |

Seat lapping to Ra ≤ 0.4 µm; guide-to-disc clearance reported per batch for your safety review.
The standard flow: drawing review and quotation within 48 hours, first samples in 7–15 days, first article inspection and approval, then series production against the approved reference. Tooling, program revisions and inspection records are kept on file so that call-offs remain consistent with the approved first article.
Engineering changes — material substitutions, tolerance updates, plating or packaging changes — are handled as controlled changes against the same records.
DIN ISO 2768-mK applies as the default tolerance scheme for unspecified dimensions. EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates are standard for metallic parts, First Article Inspection supports the approval step, and RoHS/REACH declarations are available where required. Plating, cleanliness and packaging requirements are confirmed per drawing.
What tolerances can you hold on safety-critical components?
Seating surfaces are lapped to Ra 0.4 µm or better, guides are ground to ±0.005 mm, and every dimension you flag as critical is reported with actual measured values on the dimensional certificate. The same measurement plan repeats on every call-off, so your safety review compares like with like across batches and years.
Can you support both new-build and retrofit quantities?
Yes. New-build valves run in series batches from 100 pieces, while retrofit and MRO quantities are machined from 1 piece with reverse engineering from the worn component. The documentation is identical in both routes — EN 10204 3.1, dimensional report and hardness values where heat treatment applies — so your safety file stays consistent regardless of batch size.
How do you ensure consistency across repeat orders?
The process specification is stored against your part number after the first approved batch, including tooling, cutting parameters, inspection plan and certificate format. Every repeat order runs against that stored specification automatically, so the dimensional report you receive on batch 20 matches the one you approved on batch 1, and any process change is notified before shipment for your written concurrence.
What are the payment and delivery terms?
New relationships start with 30 percent on order and 70 percent before shipment, or an irrevocable letter of credit for framework values. First articles ship in 7 to 15 days, and series orders deliver DDP in 5 to 8 days by air including customs clearance, or 35 to 45 days by sea for planned call-offs against forecast.
