Material & Batch Documentation

  • EN 10204 3.1 material certificates — heat-specific mill test data, quoted as a line item where required
  • FAI (First Article Inspection) — full dimensional report on AS9102-style forms for every new part number
  • PPAP Level 3 — complete documentation package for automotive programs
  • Batch traceability — every carton traces back to material heat number, machine and operator; dimensional report flags any measured deviation
  • RoHS/REACH — compliant surface finishes (zinc, nickel, chrome, black oxide, anodizing, PVD) through audited plating partners

Compliance Boundaries — What We Do Not Claim

We hold IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 — and we state exactly that, everywhere.

We do not hold EN 9100/AS9100, ISO 13485 or API monograms, and we will not imply otherwise. Aerospace and medical work is accepted as component supply to drawing from customers who own the certified system.

API monogram is an equipment-manufacturer licence: it does not bind machined-component suppliers. Oil & gas parts from Sinbo are manufactured to your drawings and the material/ dimensional standards you specify (ASME, NACE MR0175 material selection on request), documented per batch.

Commercial Terms

Payment

  • Standard: 30% deposit / 70% before shipment
  • L/C at sight available for orders over €50,000
  • Tooling and fixtures quoted as a separate line item
  • Quotation validity checked against tariff rules effective on the quotation date (or your stated as-of date)

Shipping

  • EXW / FOB / DDP — your choice, quoted transparently
  • DDP air freight to the EU in 5–8 days
  • Export packing with batch-labelled cartons

Cleanliness & Packaging

  • Hydrocarbon cleaning line — oil-free, residue-free parts for high-tech and food-adjacent applications
  • Double-bag packaging — inner VCI bag + outer barrier, heat-sealed, batch label inside and outside
  • Lead-free & DZR brass — CW602N and low-lead options for potable-water-adjacent parts

ESG & Supplier Audits

We complete supplier ESG self-assessments (Provigis, EcoVadis and customer-specific questionnaires) and welcome on-site or virtual audits with reasonable notice.
