Thermoset injection molding produces high-performance plastic parts with superior heat resistance, chemical resistance, and dimensional stability compared to thermoplastic materials. Unlike thermoplastics, thermoset materials undergo a permanent chemical change during the molding process, creating parts that maintain their properties even at elevated temperatures. This makes thermoset molded parts ideal for demanding applications in automotive, aerospace, electrical, and industrial environments where extreme conditions are encountered.
Our thermoset injection molding capabilities include phenolic, epoxy, melamine, polyester, and silicone materials, each offering unique properties for specific applications. We specialize in producing electrical components, automotive under-hood parts, industrial insulators, and high-temperature applications. Our experienced engineering team works closely with you to select the optimal thermoset material for your application, ensuring that your parts meet the most stringent performance requirements.
With our advanced injection molding equipment and expertise in thermoset processing, we deliver high-quality parts with consistent properties and reliable performance. From prototype development to high-volume production, we provide comprehensive thermoset injection molding solutions tailored to your specific needs. Our quality control processes ensure that every part meets the highest standards for dimensional accuracy and material properties.

Thermoset materials undergo a permanent chemical change during molding and cannot be remelted, offering superior heat and chemical resistance. Thermoplastics can be melted and reshaped multiple times but generally have lower heat resistance.
Our standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, but this is negotiable depending on the complexity of the part and material requirements. We can discuss lower quantities for prototype or development phases.
Mold fabrication typically takes 7-10 business days due to the curing requirements of thermoset materials. Once the mold is ready, production parts can be delivered within 3-5 business days.
We work with various thermoset materials including phenolic, epoxy, melamine, polyester, silicone, BMC (Bulk Molding Compound), and SMC (Sheet Molding Compound). Each material offers unique properties for specific applications.
Our thermoset injection molding machines can produce parts up to 400mm x 400mm x 250mm. For larger parts, we can discuss alternative molding solutions or multi-part assemblies.
