Our standard minimum order quantity is 500 pieces, but this is negotiable depending on the complexity of the part and material requirements. We can discuss lower quantities for prototype or development phases.
Mold fabrication typically takes 7-10 business days. Once the mold is ready, production parts can be delivered within 3-5 business days. Total lead time from design to delivery is typically 10-15 business days.
We can overmold various material combinations including rigid plastics (ABS, PC, PP) with soft materials (TPE, TPU, silicone). We also offer multi-color overmolding for visual appeal and branding applications.
