Thermoplastic injection molding is a high-volume manufacturing process ideal for producing large quantities of plastic parts with consistent quality and precision. Our advanced injection molding capabilities enable us to manufacture complex geometries and intricate designs that would be difficult or impossible to achieve with other manufacturing methods. With our state-of-the-art equipment and experienced engineering team, we deliver injection molded parts that meet the most demanding specifications across various industries.
Our thermoplastic injection molding services support a wide range of engineering plastics including ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, polypropylene, PEEK, and many specialty materials. We work closely with our customers to select the optimal material for their specific application, considering factors such as mechanical properties, chemical resistance, thermal stability, and cost-effectiveness. Our comprehensive material expertise ensures that your injection molded parts perform reliably in their intended environment.
From mold design and prototyping to high-volume production and secondary operations, we provide end-to-end injection molding solutions. Our in-house mold making capabilities allow us to maintain tight control over quality and lead times. Whether you need thousands of parts per month or millions per year, our flexible production capacity can scale to meet your requirements while maintaining consistent quality and competitive pricing.

Our standard minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces, but this is negotiable depending on the complexity of the part and material requirements. We can discuss lower quantities for prototype or development phases.
Mold fabrication typically takes 5-7 business days. Once the mold is ready, production parts can be delivered within 2-3 business days. Total lead time from design to delivery is usually 7-10 business days.
We accept STEP, IGES, STL, DXF, DWG, and PDF files. For best results, we recommend providing 3D CAD models in STEP or IGES format along with 2D drawings in PDF format with detailed specifications and tolerances.
Yes, we offer complete mold design and fabrication services in-house. Our experienced mold engineers can design molds optimized for your specific part requirements, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Our injection molding machines can produce parts up to 500mm x 500mm x 300mm. For larger parts, we can discuss alternative molding solutions or multi-part assemblies.
