Before mass production begins, we inspect the first production samples against your drawing and spec. Dimensional report, material certificate, surface finish check, and functional test. No approval, no production.
Random sampling at 20%, 50%, and 80% of production. We check for dimensional drift, surface defects, and process consistency. If problems are found, we halt production and require corrective action before resuming.
Full AQL-based sampling (typically MIL-STD-105E, General Level II) before container loading. Dimensional, visual, functional, and packing inspection. We send you a detailed report with photos. Final payment is released only after PSI pass.
Our QC team uses the same equipment as Sinbo's CNC factory: Mitutoyo calipers and micrometers, CMM (coordinate measuring machine), surface roughness tester, hardness tester, and salt spray chamber. We do not outsource QC to third-party freelancers — our engineers perform inspections directly.

(2) Flat-fee project: Fixed fee per project for OEM/ODM development, factory audits, or supplier qualification. There are no hidden fees — all costs are disclosed upfront. Factory-direct pricing means you see what the factory charges; our fee is separate.
Standard supplier sourcing: 1–2 weeks for products with existing supply chains (CNC parts, springs, fasteners). Complex or niche products: 3–4 weeks. Factory audit adds 3–5 days. If samples are required before final selection, add 2–3 weeks for sample production and shipping.
